Glen Jarvis – Vocals
Think Otis, James Brown and Wilson Pickett. Frontman Glen has been heading up the Collective for four years. His aggressive and relentless style has helped create the exciting show that the band is so popular for.
Mamawa Turay - Vocals
Having taken a few years out of the band for study, Mawa 'the Power' Turay is back better than ever! An outstanding vocalist and musician who brings the band to another level on both lead and harmony vocals.
Alex Woods – Keys/Alto Sax

Also filling the position of lead alto in MYJO , Alex changes from piano to sax with breathtaking proficiency on both instruments, and makes up half of the legendary “Transit Horn Section”.
Tommy Jennings – Trumpet/Guitar
As well as displaying some smooth moves in the horn section, Tommy has a renowned screamin’ guitar style, which takes some of the rockier numbers to the next level!
‘Deadly’ Doug McMillan – Lead Guitar
Smooth operator "Deadly" Doug McMillan has some serious soul, and some serious chops to go with it. Doug helps lay down some serious grooves. Watch out for some mind blowing solos too!
Jim Jennings – Drums
When trombonist Jim started messing around with a drumkit in 2000, little did he know that by 2008, he’d be the backbone of one of the hottest rhythm sections around. Jim can really lay it down, and his tireless leadership has recently helped bring the band to a new level of smooth groove.
Nick Roberts – Bass/Backing Vocals
Bassist Nick, a former cellist, picked up a bass 10 years ago to help out with a local big band, and hasn’t looked back since. Nick and Jim’s tight sound give the funkiest backdrop for the rest of the band to create some serious musical magic!
Joe Vetch - Saxophone/Vocals/Arrangements
Recently joined Joe is a versatile and talented performer, with a jazz and musical theatre background. With a true talent for vocal arrangement and harmony, Joe has brough a new musical aspect to The Collective's renditions of soul classics.
